The vision of Local Outreach is to build a community of faith, hope and love, eventually planting home groups in the Castleton area. The ministry will provide consistent, practical opportunities for Vineyard attenders to be involved in this local outreach to the least, the last and the lost.
Current opportunities to serve through Local Outreach:
- Bagging Hunger (meets at the church before leaving to deliver the groceries): last Saturday of every month at 10:15 am, Anita Nix, anitanix@hotmail.com, 430-7974
- Food Pantry Donations: yellow food pantry bags are by the entrance every Sunday.
- Welcome Baskets: help us deliver Welcome Baskets each month to new residents of Hickory Place Apartments, Merlin Gonzales, merlin_g@indyvineyard.org
