LOCAL OUTREACH
The goal of Local Outreach at the Vineyard is to practically embody the mercy of God to those around us.
Community Night - Everyone in our Community with need is welcome to join us the first and third Wednesday of each month from 6-8pm for dinner and receive any of the following services for FREE:
There are lots of ways that you can help. Donations can be made to the Food Pantry and the Clothing Pantry on Sunday mornings in the Information Lobby. The Food pantry is always in need of non-perishables, household toiletry items and grocery sacks. The clothing pantry is currently collecting new and slightly used spring/summer clothing and shoes.
For more information, or to volunteer, contact Chris Jaros at chris_jaros@sbcglobal.net.
Pourhouse support - Donate new or gently used men's winter clothing and socks to the Pourhouse, an organization that serves people experiencing homelessness in Indianapolis. The Collection Box is in the Info Lobby at the Mission Board.
FOREIGN OUTREACH:
The Vineyard supports outreach efforts in Pignon, Haiti through a ministry partner Promise for Haiti. Vineyard members have travelled to support a local hospital and partnered with other churches to support dozens of children through primary education and a feeding program.
