Dale Crabtree
Dale, his wife Tami, and his two children started attending Vineyard around 2012. It was their first experience with a Vineyard Church. Previously, Dale and Tami had attended E. 91st Street Christian for nearly a quarter of a century. They got to know each other there, were married there, and were in a small group there with Doug and Debbie Hall. When they felt the call to leave E. 91, they visited Indy Vineyard because the Halls were attending and had spoken well of it. He joined the elder team in February, 2026. At Vineyard, he handles that Urgent Prayer Ministry, and participates in the Discernment Team, the Sunday Morning Prayer Ministry, David’s Army, and the Sunday AM Intercession for Service.
In 1988, after working in theatre professionally for two years, Dale felt the call to lay ministry. Most of his career since has been in communications, marketing, and fundraising for para-church organizations, such as the homeless shelter, Wheeler Mission. Currently, he is the Communications and Marketing Officer for Heartland Methodist Foundation, of Fishers, Indiana.
