Indy Vineyard's 40th Anniversary Celebration + Picnic Sunday September 20 | 10:30AM-2:30PM | Sanctuary and Outside In January 1985, after two visions from the Lord, Bill "Jax" and Betsy Jackson moved from California to Zionsville, IN to become the pastor of a church there. A little over a year and a half, and many, many challenges, later they planted Vineyard Christian Fellowship of Indianapolis. That church plant was birthed out of a word of knowledge, which led to a healing for Dan Michaels. In September 1986, Jax started showing a series of videos by John Wimber called Signs and Wonders and Church Growth. Forty years and a couple of name changes later, the Lord has been faithful and that church still exists today. We are going to celebrate the Lord and honor Betsy Jackson on Sunday September 20th during our service. Afterwards we'll have a pitch-in picnic for the whole church and everyone who is with us on that morning.
